DEVOTIONAL JOYFUL MOTHER OF CHILDREN | MARCELLE SCARDINI
This devotional is for you: a mother whom the earth considered unlikely for motherhood, but who, from eternity, was commissioned by the Exalted Creator to the incredible, sacred, and honorable calling of mothering with joy and purpose.
The Bible, clearly and uncompromisingly, grants you a title: “Joyful Mother of Children.”
It is possible to live with purpose and still walk through the journey without joy, but that does not have to be your story. I refused to accept that as my reality. I carry the conviction that Heaven was already calling me Joyful Mother of Children at the very moment when God chose to end my barrenness and entrust me with children as an inheritance. And it is this same truth that I declare over you today:
“He settles the barren woman in her home as a happy mother of children. Praise the Lord!”
PSALM 113:9
In this devotional, I have gathered 31 messages—fruits of ordinary and extraordinary days—lived in intimacy with our Friend, the Holy Spirit.
